As you know, our office has been closed for all treatment except emergency care since March 16th. As we re-open, the health and safety of our patients and staff remains our top priority. Our office follows the infection control recommendations from the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Department of Public Health and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. We are committed to ensuring that our infection control procedures are current and effective.

Increased measures are in place to maintain business as usual and protect the health of our patients and employees.

Please review this additional safety protocols:

• A Wellness questionnaire will need to be completed verbally prior to scheduling an appointment and again before entering the office.
• Your vehicle is your new waiting room. Please call, and wait in the comfort of your vehicle until you hear that a team member is ready for you.
• Please wear a face mask as you enter the office and as you leave.
• A touchless Temperature check for anyone entering the building.
• After treatment, follow up appointments will be arranged through a phone call or text message as often as possible to minimize contact.

Moving forward, we continue to serve our patients and community, and appreciate your patience as we adapt to these changes. Schedule adjustments have been made and realize that they may not be ideal. We wish you all good health. Thank you for your continued trust in us.
